Software Grant and Contribution License Agreements

To clarify the intellectual property license granted with Contributions from any person or entity, the OpenID Foundation (“OIDF) must have a Software Grant and Contribution License Agreement (CLA) on file that has been signed by each Contributor, indicating agreement to the license terms. This license is for your protection as a Contributor as well as the protection of the OIDF and its users; it does not change your rights to use your own Contributions for any other purpose.

Please note that a CLA is only required for contributing to software projects like AppAuth. If you wish to contribute to an OIDF work group, you must sign a Contribution Agreement which can be found here: https://openid.net/intellectual-property/openid-foundation-contribution-agreements/.
